Details of these knots are below.

     Even though this silk thread is suitable for some knotting projects, it needs to be bulked up for others.   If it is to be used to enhance a woven piece that is also warp or weft--built it up so it will show.
     The thread was Navajo 3-plied then folded to make a balanced 6-ply.  This is a quick efficient way to make an excellent knotting cord.
     Can be used for fabric embellishments, jewelry and ornaments.

Double Coin knot:  Single Coin knot would be better.  Spin with fold S.  Double Coin knot for sewn on ornamentation.

Navajo 6-Ply
Chains from Navajo ply did not show in final knotted pieces.  Navajo plying appears suitable.

Square & rounded Cross knots
The finished cross knots were too hard.  could only be used in limited amounts.

Clinging knot has good potential for light trim!

Triple Connection knot looks great, ties easily--very suitable

Left Right knot should be good for connection motifs in larger pieces--not aesthetic as is.
